A turban-like dressing is worn between seven to ten days following surgery. A head band must then be worn at night for a further four to six weeks. Your surgeon will advise you at your consultation.

You should be able to return to work and resume most of your normal activities within ten days. However, it is advisable to refrain from strenuous exercise and sports for six to eight weeks.
